Leftovers and portions

I love the threads that talk about Christmas leftovers and also the ones where posters have been given tiny portions whilst a guest .

I haven’t seen any yet so does anyone want to share their mouthwatering leftover story or did anyone receive tiny portions yesterday ?

I appreciate I have strange tastes in thread subjects 😁

My DH notoriously makes waaay too much so with all of the leftovers we have a Boxing Day fry up.
Literally just fry all together in one pan a bit of everything that was left over.

We deliberately didn't make as much yesterday as it was just DH, adult DS who lives alone(asd) and me. We still had lots left though lol.
DS went home with loads in microwave boxes last night but I confess I was a bit sad to give him the last roast potatoes!
I even shared my smoked salmon with him, I did tell him it was only because he was my firstborn!

I have one huge box of leftover veg and potato which will be made in to bubble and squeak. Pigs in blankets and stuffing balls will be heated up and served with this. I will smother mine in brown sauce and DH will put piccalilli on the side . DS will say we are both gross adding those sauces and pickles.

I hear a lot on here about bubble and squeak but never made it! Any fool proof recipes please?? 😁

My left overs will be bubble and squeek possibly or turkey curry ..today though its cold cuts and pickles and pork pies and turned into a buffet style meal with salads etc. My DH will want at some point in the next few days the left over beef cold with chips! Myself and dd might have hot roast beef and onion gravy sandwiches! Our left overs are ridiculous this year and will feed us for days,its scandalous really when I see how much we have.
