Covered in foil and then a towel. Smile

Pipandmum · 25/12/2020 13:39

Put foil and a tea towel over. It should stay warm for at least a half hour.

Cheguevarahamster · 25/12/2020 13:40

Yes. Just cover in foil and let it rest. I take it out and then cook the potatoes etc.

Yes you should part cook the cauli first. Have you got to make your own cheese sauce as well? You’ve given yourself a lot of work to do here for a noob OP Grin

OhLittleBoreOfWhabylon · 25/12/2020 13:47

Yes cook the cauliflower until stalks are just tender, but don't overcook.

Yes, turkeys keep warm if foil covered so its the only time of the year I take meat out before doing the rest.

misscockerspaniel · 25/12/2020 15:32

I am a vege, so no expert, but according to a chef on Good Morning last week, turkey isn't supposed to be eaten hot and should be got out of the oven and wrapped up, up to 2 hours before eating.

Janaih · 25/12/2020 15:36

3 layers of foil, tea towel and zipped up in a cool bag. Mine was still warm after 3 hours and perfectly tender 😋
