Oh no, my cooker packed it at lunchtime as well! It’s like 2020 parting shot isn’t it! I found a appliance engineer and got it fixed. I called around 30+ before I found one. Is there any in your local area you could appeal to on Facebook or call? Sorry, what a pain for you. There are reasonably priced small ovens in Argo if there is one still open around near you?

Have a slow cooker or borrow one last minute? You can cook loads in them. I had to put the pork roast in it and slow cook the bastard overnight but OMG Xmas pulled pork with cranberry sauce was the best damn meal ever. Cooked chicken etc in it too.

I had to Boxing Day 2yrs ago after my cooker gave up Xmas day just as dessert was finishing 😭
