Help! Elderly DM is on her own for Christmas and now I’ve lost her card!

I’m feeling really sad that my elderly dm is going to be on her own tomorrow due to poor health. I’m going to take her some Christmas dinner and presents but I can’t find her card anywhere. She loves nice words in cards and I had bought a really lovely one. Do you think I can find it? No! I’m not sure what to do. I only have some spare cards from a multipack which doesn’t seem right when she’s already going to be so alone and, in all likelihood, feeling quite down.

@Goldistheanswer could you find a poem or something sentimental online and copy it onto the left hand blank page, with a note saying it reminded you of her?

That’s a nice idea but the printer is broken. I’d already tried to print off some gift vouchers this morning for DCs.

Copy it out in your best handwriting then!

You are a lovely daughter.

Find a nice photo of you together to enclose which has good memories associated with it and put some nice words in the card reminiscing about that.

@Goldistheanswer handwriting would be lovely, even better if you can find an accompanying photo as @pensivepigeon suggested!
