Woke up this morning to find the boiler has broken at some point in the night and we have no heating or hot water now. Argh! It's bloody freezing so instead of getting on with all the little jobs I need to do I'm just sat on the sofa with the kids and loads of blankets!
Waiting to hear back from our letting agent as they said they'd try and get somebody out to fix it today. Fingers crossed!
