Tips for exercise when shielding

I really, really didn't do a good job of maintaining exercise during the first lockdown / shielding this year. As a consequence I got lots fatter and worse-tempered. Under more normal circumstances I jog 3x a week. I'm a single parent so that's only possible when school is open.

So, I'm attempting to get some motivation and tips to do a better job this time round. I have a dusty exercise bike, a skipping rope, a kettle bell and a small garden. What I seem to lack is motivation and good habits Grin

Did anyone succeed at sustaining home exercise? Hit me with your advice please!

I do fb / zoom Classes run by a local lady. On Fb everything is recorded so you can do it whenever suits you. She does a range of classes - mainly Kettlercise , but also activation bands and fitness pilates. There’s a daily free session that lasts 15-20 mins at 8am, 20 min blast, 30min express and 50 minute classes.
