I really, really didn't do a good job of maintaining exercise during the first lockdown / shielding this year. As a consequence I got lots fatter and worse-tempered. Under more normal circumstances I jog 3x a week. I'm a single parent so that's only possible when school is open.
So, I'm attempting to get some motivation and tips to do a better job this time round. I have a dusty exercise bike, a skipping rope, a kettle bell and a small garden. What I seem to lack is motivation and good habits 
Did anyone succeed at sustaining home exercise? Hit me with your advice please!
