What do your children watch on telly?

DS's favourite things to watch at the moment are Grizzly and the Lemmings, and Mountain Vets on the BBC. He's just tiny, but it's interesting to see what he likes!

We're desperately trying to stay away from Peppa, as I find it beyond irritating.

What do yours watch?

Another Grizzly and the Lemmings fan here. He also likes Inspector Gadget and Danger Mouse. When he was younger, Hey Duggee was a big favourite. Peppa is super annoying as is Bing and Peter Rabbit...

DS1 is 4.5, he likes cbeebies but he's scared of Peter Rabbit, also "odd squad" on CBBC.

Adult telly he likes Bake Off and documentarys about trains or engineering.

3 year old likes Hey Duggee. 8 year old likes all sorts of things from cartoons to Harry Potter to nature documentaries!

Videos of annoying you tubers playing mine craft, pranking each other and screeching.

My DD has managed to make it to five without ever seeing an episode of Peppa the Demon Pig. Possibly my proudest parenting accomplishment.

How old is he? When DD was little I only ever let her watch cBeebies or stuff that had been downloaded. She’s five now and we’ll into her wildlife documentaries etc. She also loves a cookery show of any description 🤣

5 year old DD obsessed with My Little Pony. She would quite happily watch paint dry on the tellybox.

2.5 year old DS sits through very little, but he enjoys Peppa and absolutely adores YouTube videos of buses or bin lorries.

Oh god yes my 8 year old loves these too! We call them 'the morons'😂

Pokemon all the way here. Boys aged 3 and 8.

TheFormerPorpentinaScamander · 24/12/2020 22:17

Mostly the same stuff as me. DS1 is currently working his way though Glee. DS2 loves Nailed It.
But they are 16 and 14. I don't miss kids tv!

Tavannach · 24/12/2020 22:17

Hey Duggee, Paw Patrol are the regular favourites but we revisited the Twirlywoos this afternoon and it made DD (4.5) laugh out loud in a way that it hadn't when she first watched it.

BabloHoney · 24/12/2020 22:19

Sarah and Duck all the way 😁
