After the announcement last weekend,I arranged to send parcels to family via dpd. I didn't think royal mail would do it in time.
I dropped off at local pickup point in Matalan. They seemed clueless and took 4 of them to get the scanner to work.
The parcels were guaranteed by today but still say confirmed at pickup shop. They've not left the sodding shop have they?
I can't find any way of speaking to anyone either at Matalan or at dpd. It's all automated and when I put in the reference they reject it.
Anyone had any experience with DPD from sending parcels? I've emailed them so I think I'm resigned to just hoping they get there eventually 😭
