Loss of pregnancy symptoms 9-10 weeks

Hi just looking for some reassurance, I had a MMC at 13 weeks last year with absolutely no symptom loss so it was only picked up at my scan, I am currently 10 weeks and 4 days and over the past week my symptoms have disappeared I really don’t feel pregnant anymore, I have had no abdominal pain or bleeding but I didn’t have that last year either. I have a daughter who is 4 years old and I had symptoms until about 13 weeks with her so I’m worried that the loss of symptoms is a bad sign. Just wondering if anyone had had the same experience and what their outcome was? I have booked a private scan as my nhs scan isn’t until 13 weeks and I can’t wait another 3 weeks as I am anxious and miserable and it’s playing on my mind 24/7 I need to know either way. Thanks for any response.

I think I remember feeling better about that time with both DC and all was fine. I can understand why you’ve booked the scan though. I hope all goes well.

I'm sure everything is fine. Every pregnancy is different. Like you said, you had a MMC before with no symptom loss, so the presence of symptoms doesn't necessarily prove everything is ok 💐

Thanks for your responses, I appreciate it, I’m happy to say I had my private scan today and all was well thankfully. Had a few tears of joy!

Glad to hear it's all ok! I found at 10 weeks or so, my morning sickness cleared up and I felt pretty good, until I got to the third trimester and it inexplicably came back for a while. Good luck with everything.
