Changing support bubble

Does anyone know if you're allowed to change your support bubble and form a new one? So you can see someone at Christmas? How are support bubbles monitored, anyway?

They're not 'monitored'.

I don't see why you couldn't change support bubble provided you left a clear two weeks with no support between them.

You obviously can't have a support bubble and then change it for just 2 or 3 days as a way to get round restrictions designed to keep everyone safer.
