Is there much difference in quakity between turkeys in the supermarket

Going to buy tomorrow good and early. I had a quick look and saw bronze turkeys or standard turkeys. Does it make much difference? Huge variety in terms of price. We want a whole turkey rather than a crown.

Slow grown organic turkeys take around half the time to cook as the fat etc is distributed evenly throughout the meat and bastes it as it cooks. If it was a choice between a cheap whole turkey or a quality crown I'd go for the crown personally

I think the quakity depends largely on what area of the country you are in-Northern quakity very different than the Southern version...
