Last Friday, straight from work, I (thankfully) did some last minute shopping in my local town.
Bought eldest some clothes from FatFace. Bill was £190 - I was so rushed that I didn't question it but thought it was steep.
Left parcel in boot of car to hide from DC and I'm wrapping now. The shop assistant has only gone abs charged me twice for the same item - had to be an expensive pair of dungarees, didnt it - at nearly £60. They've now shut until 2021.
What can I do?! Will they believe me when I ask for a refund of this item? What are my options here?
