Hi all, just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience with Child Maintenance and could advise.
It was set up for direct pay from my ex to me for our 2 children 3 years ago, he never paid and it was moved to collect and pay.
This has been fine for just over 2 years. This year our eldest child left full time education and I moved home, I informed CM at the time.
5 months later (today) I have received 3 emails from CM stating they're following my request to move back to direct pay, and to confirm which details to share with my ex!!
Is this normal after a certain amount of time on collect and pay?
I replied and said I certainly don't want any details shared with him, but for obvious reasons I wont be getting a quick reply.
Grateful for any advice.
