I have noticed how less flexible I am recently. I also have lower back problems and thought yoga would help but I have really hurt my back doing it - it's been very tight and I can't bend over to put socks on etc. I was doing 30 days with Adrienne and only got to day 4!!
Can anyone recommend exercises to increase flexibility? I have really tight hamstrings due to nerve damage from lower back problems and really want to try and loosen them off.
I walk usually every day for about 4-5 miles so am reasonably fit
