Anyone know what these parking signs mean ?

To give further context.

It's a dead end road. The beginning of the road has double yellow lines, they then stop.

There are NO signs but these in the road. And no further lines.

It's a city centre (so there could be a controlled zone - it's Bath)

Anyone know what these parking signs mean ?

The blue and red circle means No Waiting, from what you've described as it being a dead end, I would interpret it to mean do not pass this point unless you're about to perform a turn in the road

The round blue-filled sign with a single red line through is a 'no waiting' sign. You can drop people off or unload something but not park or sit there.
This one says 'at any time' - so you can't wait there even at night

Well that's annoying Grin It's a lovely house otherwise (and bloody loads of room in the street to park)

Thank you both
