Hi i just found out im pregnant im 23 and in a 2 year relationship il be a first time mum and im petrified.
Myself and my partner decided to wait untill we move out in a year or two as were saving for a mortgage and he said he isnt ready yet hes 26 but i took a test a couple of days ago and it was positive. I can normally talk to him but with this i just cant every time i go to tell him i get full of anxiety and cry. My anxiety is going crazy, i have alot of cramps and im just expecting blood everytime i go to the toilet is this normal? I dont get why im feeling like this.

Deep breath. Cramping early on (like period cramps but no bleeding) is normal and doesnt mean there is anything wrong, just your womb expanding. Should stop in a couple of weeks.

If you cant talk to your partner right now, is there a friend you could talk to? Or your mum?
