Okay I’m done wallowing

I now need help to sort out Christmas.

What was happening:
Turkey (Mum, Dsis1, us + teens)
Salmon (dad)
Pork (dsis2 (and probably mum and me and teens)
Chicken wings (babies)
At my house.

What has to happen

Turkey stays with us
Salmon (dad)
Pork (dsis2 and mum)
Chicken wings (babies)
Something else for dsis1

Dsis2’s oven was deemed unsafe (at around the same time boris was on tv)
Mum has no sofas (arriving in Jan gave the old one to dsis 2 when she found a new place to live. So they’re going to dsis1’s house, she doesn’t eat pork and is allergic to fish and lives in a one bed apartment by herself (except during lockdown when both dsis1 and 2 lived at mum)

Pork needs to be cooked at mum’s
As does the fish come to think of it. As I write this down this seems ridiculous. But needs must. Can you think of a way of making this easier viable?

Mum has no sofas but does have an oven?

DSis2 has no oven?

DSis1 has both but lives in a very small place and can't eat either of the mains so needs something else?

Can chairs be borrowed so everyone can go to mums, presumably its more than pork that needs cooking, all the sides etc? Pick up a nut roast, chicken breast or whatever DSis1 wants? We've often had to ask people to bring their own chairs and even cutlery when we haven't had enough for all the extra people.

I'm assuming that the reason that DSis1 doesn't eat pork also means she doesn't want it being cooked in her oven? Is it possible to freeze the pork, cut the turkey in half and have half at your house, half for mum and sisters and freeze the pork for another day?

That's the crux of it. But all sorted, They had garden chairs (don't ask and asked for the kids bean bags for after dinner. They're getting extra meat for my Dsis1 and so everything is fixed. We're not happy about it but the practicalities are out of the way.
