Do you think BJ et al ramped up the Tier 4 thing to disguise the effects of 11 day-away Brexit, but it's backfired? In that Europe are shutting us down?

I don't think it was that calculated.

I think BJ may have ramped it up a little to justify the U turn over Christmas, Tier 4etc..

Matt Hancock's might have thought his comments Sunday AM were supportive of his boss but they spooked some in Europe.
