So I have taken several pregnancy tests over the past week and all have come back positive and seemed to be getting a smidge darker, also had a cb digi come back pregnant 1-2 weeks, then took one the next day very late at night I must admit and came back not pregnant, and since then I have taken some clearblue normal tests and the lines have come back very faint, af was due yesterday and still no sign of her today.. very confused can someone help I am quite worried this is a chemical?

Stop testing, you’ll stress yourself out. A positive is all you need just relax and see what happens,

Put the pregnancy tests down and step away! This way madness lies

EssexGurl · 20/12/2020 13:58

With both of mine, I only ever did one pregnancy test. Why do multiple ones. As pp says - that way madness lies .... Congratulations!

I had this, and it was an early miscarriage. Exactly how you describe. I'm sorry.

MouseholeCat · 20/12/2020 15:00

This sounds like my chemical pregnancies, I'm really sorry OP.

To the posters saying you only did one etc- you were clearly very, very lucky to have not experienced the anxiety that comes with this- it's heartwrenching.

@EssexGurl this is what I thought, if I had not done another test after the positive digital I would be none the wiser! I’m just so confused, if it is a chemical pregnancy when would I be likely to bleed?

Thanks @Hotpinkangel19 and @MouseholeCat I have just been hoping this is not the case 😔

Have started to bleed this evening, unfortunately looks like a chemical pregnancy this time 😔

I’m sorry. I had exactly this and was an early miscarriage. Had a successful pregnancy three months later. Take care

Goatscheesewithhoney · 20/12/2020 22:11

I also had this @KirstyP0594 and it was a chemical pregnancy that month. Seeing the digital come up as “not pregnant” when I’d had “1-2 weeks” the day before was such a horrible moment. I’m sorry this happened to you, sending you love Flowers

Hotpinkangel19 · 21/12/2020 08:27

I'm so sorry OP, I was hoping it wasn't the case xx

KirstyP0594 · 21/12/2020 12:13

Thank you all, keeping my hopes up for the future!
