feeding seagulls in front garden

i reported my neighbour in Oct for excessive noise building all day for months and yesterday i confronted him over the garden fence for feeding flocks of seagulls in the front garden and he asked if i was the one who reported him for the noise i said yes and he said he was allowed to feed the gulls which im sure he is not but i recieved a smack in the face and threatened.what should i do

Surely you know what to do? 🙄

I have no idea re the gulls but if they hit you and threatened you then I'd report him and press charges if possible.
