My partner has snored for years and It reached the point where i wanted to move house to get seperate bedrooms . We tried earplugs , me falling asleep first , medication anf diet (he is short and tubby) , nothing worked so the sleep clinic suggested a cpap machine . Oh my god he is nearly silent all night and I actually enjoy the gentle noise of the machine . I'm happy and he is on a diet lol

How much was that?!

My husband lost 7 stone and completely stopped snoring.

My dh also uses a CPAP. He doesn't need to pay for it

CPAP is amazing. My dh was diagnosed with very severe OSA 14 years ago and the bliss of him not snoring was incredible. But his new CPAP (actually auto bi pap) is absolutely silent, so peace reigns and he just complains about me snoring!

I was sure you would say he'd lost weight- that was the trick for dh.
It's so lovely to sleep through the night and not to resent my favourite person.

Would anyone be kind enough to post a link to one that they recommend please

Dh got his from the sleep clinic place at the hospital that he was referred to for a sleep study.

My partners was also from the sleep clinic . I wouldn't buy one without an assessment . He was not keen to wear the mask but now likes it x
