I am 'working' in our campervan eating slices of marzipan that you buy in a brick to put on fruit cake. Should I feel shame? Grin

Sounds totally reasonable to me!

In a bit you can go back inside for a rest since you've been working so hard.

OhWhyNot · 19/12/2020 15:07

Yes

It’s marzipan

If it was a slice or three of cake (If you must it can have marzipan on) with a cup of tea or glass of whatever then no

Summertrees · 19/12/2020 15:12

It's December. Eat whatever you like!

FlappingPancakes · 19/12/2020 15:13

Roll it into pieces of fruit like those sweets we had in the 80s

Thehogfatherstolemycurry · 19/12/2020 15:29

Put it in between 2 digestive biscuits yum!

ChocolateSantaisthebestkind · 21/12/2020 12:07

@Thehogfatherstolemycurry Going to have to try that next time! @FlappingPancakes I loved those as a child, but they are ££££ these days!

As you've specifically asked for people's opinions, then it is grim. You might as well just pour a bag of sugar down your throat.

isseys4xmastinselcats · 21/12/2020 13:24

no different to eating petit fours made from shaped marzipan eat and enjoy

MajorMujer · 21/12/2020 13:26

Home bargains sell chocolate covered marzipan 🤤🤤

nosswith · 21/12/2020 13:37

Marzipan belongs with cake. Seems a waste to me.

Doublevodka · 21/12/2020 13:57

Whatever gets you through the day. It's been a tough year. Enjoy.

ChocolateSantaisthebestkind · 21/12/2020 16:41

MajorMujer, that sounds delish, but we don't have one near to us and we are Tier 4 now Sad
