DH asked last night what I want for Christmas. Here's the list I really want to give him (I am leaving next year):
- For you to move out somewhere else
- Get rid of all the piles of ‘stuff’ waiting to be dealt with
- Get rid of all the old computers, laptops, hard drives, floppy disks, wires, mice and keyboards that are everywhere.
- If you feel sleepy, go to fucking bed instead of sleeping on the sofa in the middle of the day.
- Cheer the fuck up
- Go and get some therapy
- Stop clattering your teeth on your cutlery when you eat
- Get on with all the jobs round the house that you've been ignoring for the past three years even though you're retired
