IBS and period cramp combo

Thankfully not a busy weekend planned anyway but I didn't want to wake up with this joyous combination. Thank God for heat packs. I look bloody pregnant with the bloating I've woken up with as well!

Pity me please dear MNers, I'm not sure DH or DC really understand how much more uncomfortable this is than a regular IBS flare!

I second Buscopan for ibs and period pains. Magical stuff!

I woke up with terrible stomach pains, this morning. Thankfully Ibs not bad this time but it has been in the past.
Try and chill out and take some pain killers

I do have Buscopan but it seems a bit hit and miss when I'm on my period, weirdly! Lifesaver when I just have IBS cramps though, I couldn't live without it.
