Can anyone help with a Facebook issue?

Posting out of desperation as I have no idea how to fix this.
I have a business page on Facebook and cannot get into my inbox on my phone or Ipad. It does work on the laptop.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and no luck. I'm really not a techy person but obviously need to access my messages when out and about.
I'll attach a screenshot of the message I'm getting when I try and click on my Inbox.
Any wisdom or ideas very gratefully received. Thanks!

Thanks. I have now discovered that it is an issue with Facebook, they've removed some features because of new European directives.
