Out of the slow cooker and onto the stove would be my advice. Good luck.

Cook it in the oven?

Glitterkitten24 · 19/12/2020 08:21

We do ham in coke on the stove, takes a max of 3 hours and is delicious.

There are ways of cooking it and transfering to oven using the cooker. I don't know what else you can do other than push your lunch back.

I though high on slow cooker was 4 hours and slow was 8h? Even if you have lunch 12.30 thats still 7hours cooking time

DrDetriment · 19/12/2020 08:26

Either use the 4 hour setting or do it in a pot in the over, which will only take a couple of hours. Good luck and no need to panic. You have plenty of time.

Ok, I have taken it out the slow cooker and into oven!
It has been cooking for 3 hours in the slow and smells great...
I am kicking myself as I thought I was all organised.
Am such a tube.
