I don't know if i am being paranoid, i am very scared , don't know whether i can get pregnant or not after getting treatment for one year no hope .
In HSG it is clearly shown both tubes blocked heavily. don't know, is anyone there with all these kind of symptoms?

Hi Op, I’m so sorry that you’re going through this.
I can’t offer much in the way of help - I did have endometriosis but it was over 30 years ago and treatment was very different then.
I’m sure some knowledgeable MN’s will be along soon.

I had endo with both tubes blocked plus several fibroids. Sorry I don’t know what TB is.

I had an op attempt to repair the tubes and a course of Zoladex injections. I was warned that my chances of getting pregnant naturally were slim and I would be high risk for ectopic or miscarriage.

I was lucky to get pregnant the month before we were due to start IVF.

Like OutOnTheFloor this was 22 years ago so things might be much different now. I don’t know what treatment you have been having but if your tubes are blocked then the sperm can’t reach the egg.

I had endometriosis with blocked tubes, an ovarian cyst & patches on my bowel & bladder. I had always has very heavy painful periods, had several miscarriages, had been referred for ivf when I found I was pregnant with ds. I had a miscarriage at 16 weeks & afterwards was in constant pain for months, my GP referred me to a consultant who after a diagnostic laparoscopy told me my ovaries & tubes were grey, I had a fairly large cyst on one ovary & patches of endometriosis on my bowel & bladder, while the hysteroscopy didn't show any fibroids he could see that the lining was extremely thick. I had another laparoscopy to remove my tubes, one ovary, the cyst & to laser off as much endometriosis as he could, he found more patches behind my womb & as I was 44 I later agreed to have a hysterectomy after spending nearly a year on norethisterone which made my hair fall out, suicidal & with horrific mood swings. He did the hysterectomy laparoscopically & removed every patch of endometriosis he could find as well as removing my last ovary, I would say I am 75% better, there are still suspected patches in my bladder but they don't cause much pain, only infections which after extended antibiotics treatment & Naproxen appear to be behaving themselves now.

went under laprascopy for unblocking of tube, and cyst removal....but only one tube got open, but no luck in pregnancy.
