Will Northern Ireland's six week lockdown go ahead?

Have had a look but can't see any other thread started on this.

Executive are meeting today to talk about a six week strict lockdown which may include schools being closed and may start as soon as Christmas Eve.

Anyone want to guess how this will go?
My thinking is they will chicken out of closing the schools (I really don't want them to close but can't see the point in half arsed lockdowns still keeping them open I think it has to be all or nothing) I think they will keep the schools closed a bit extra like at Halloween then open them up again mid
January but keep shops/hospitality and leisure closed till the start of Feb.

The numbers are pretty ridiculous here considering we are an island and should be able to control borders better but everyone seems to have given up now. I'm still following rules as much as I can but feel like I'm in a minority.

What does everyone else think will happen and more importantly when will we find out?
