I had ordered some clothing online which should have been delivered on 4th of December using the 48 hour service. Anyway, the parcel hasn't moved (according to tracking) from the distribution centre since the 3rd.
The retailer has now refunded my purchase and I'm guessing will claim compensation from Royal Mail as it is presumed lost.
My question is, what would happen now if suddenly the parcel turned up? Would RM send it to me or back to the retailer?
