Royal Mail Santa letter reply

Hi.
My DD hasn’t received her letter from Santa. (From the Royal Mail). Does anyone know the email address to contact asking about it, please?

It’s not a huge deal, and I know they’re busy, but thought I would ask. The email address was on their website, and now I can’t find it.

My ds dd sent theirs together end of November. Ds got his reply today no reply for dd 😖

We sent ours mid November, resigned to not getting anything back this year.

If anybody is missing a reply, this might do the trick

DC’s had just arrived

Other child got theirs today.

We had ours a few weeks ago. Two kids and both received them - they were lovely.
