Anyone shopped online with NEXT recently?

I have a gift card to spend, but when I try to pay, there is no option to pay by gift card.
Is it a current system fault, or do they no longer accept gist cards on line?
I have tried ringing help line, but it’s really busy - probably people all asking the same question........

Try tweeting them. I did a few times they’re really good at answering on there.

I've ordered last few days and the gift card option is there for me. It was under the PayPal/card/next pay option.

I tried to pay yesterday with a gift card and the option wasn't there for me either

I had this issue a few months ago - the problem was that you couldn’t deliver an order paid using a gift card to an address other than your billing address. In my case I’d just forgotten to update the billing address when i moved, but it’s not helpful if you wish to ship direct to someone as a gift. Hope this helps!

I had it set to deliver to my works address. If I change to home address I can pay by gift card.

Glad to help! Next really need some kind of message to explain this, I faffed about for ages and eventually emailed their customer service team.
