.... about paying for funeral costs. High earner be splitting bill. Trying not to argue about how people choose to spend money/ claim poverty

Please help get some perspective

Ultimately the cost of the funeral comes out of the estate. Its one of the jobs of the executors of the will to arrange payment of all outstanding debts.
