Who the fuck is this wine for?

So we got some wine delivered today. I assumed it was a Christmas gift from BIL. Here is a picture of the message. The only thing that is slightly right is the name at the beginning but nothing else matches our family. Who sent us this? Give me your best guesses??

As it was addressed D Scott, I'm thinking it's a message mistake where they've gotten the two Scott's the wrong way round... oops.

We have misdeliveries a lot. The village 3 miles from us has almost the same postcode as us, as the last letter is next to ours on the keyboard (think j and k) and the road names are almost identical (like Jones Road and Jones Close). We get things for them and vice versa, it’s annoying but we now know each other having taken stuff to them once we’d worked it out. Why Royal Mail thought having such similar road names with postcodes that could be transposed was a good idea I don’t know.

Well, I'd say it was a gift from the other side, Princess Margaret & Tony Armstrong - Jones.

Stick it in the cupboard under the stairs, if no one claims it, it's yours after six months. I think they are the rules. It would certainly be up to the company to arrange collection, you shouldn't be out of pocket due to an error.

Obviously that is correct. We watch the Crown so we are now best mates. Even though they are dead! Is he dead? I have no idea.

Is your name anything like Viola? Could it be a work colleague? It's addressed to Scott only so whoever they are knows him but not you.

Is it good wine anyway?

Think its been printed out rather than hand written.

I think it might be from your BIL and the cards have been mixed up. I will be patiently waiting for an update.

I am going to sleep on it and see what happens in the morning. Maybe I will have Viola and Scctt at my door and all will be resolved.

I have no idea about the wine, but I love the name Viola, unfortunately no more kids for me so maybe I need another cat so I can use it.
