Weird cold not coronavirus!

Anyone else have a weird cold, it's so similar to CV19 and I keep thinking it is but test negative. I was really surprised. I am shivery, no appetite, cough and runny nose.

I literally can't go into work tomorrow I feel utterly miserable, I have been off three days and just want to feel better!

Anyone else any magic cures!

I went for a test yesterday as been in same situation , I had Covid in March and this isn’t the same but thought best to get checked out - got a negative back in 9 hours must just be some other virus

It could definitely be a different virus. Or it might be a false result. My friend had CV, her daughter was really unwell and friend came down with symptoms too. Daughter tested negative twice and friend was positive. Friend works from home and had not left the house in a week as she works from home.

I've had a cough (dry) and stuffy nose for the last two weeks, I test weekly at work, still negative each time.
I was positive back in May and quite ill, the cough feels very much like the one I had then.
