Why is roast chicken in a bag the only thing my stomach can't tolerate?

We try to buy a "chicken in a bag" weekly for the convenience of it all, no preparation needed except veg, then of course you can make 11 meals out of the leftovers ;)

My problem is that I get terrible bloating after eating it freshly roasted. Chicken any other way is fine, in fact I don't think I have any other intolerances other than if I have too much ice cream Blush.

So what is it in the bag chicken that upsets my stomach? Is it highly fatty? I never use the juice it sits in, despite people saying it's amazing. I just eat a leg and then the next day lunch will use the breast. The dinner gives me pain and bloating but the lunch will be fine.

A fresh Nando's chicken never gives me this trouble!

I'm pretty sure it's not the sides i use because I vary them - tonight was roast sweet potatoes with green beans,'toasted walnuts and blue cheese. Some days it's white potatoes and greens. Same pains!
