Flu, covid or stomach bug?

Diorrhea yesterday but none today. Extreme nausea yesterday and today but no vomiting at all. Stomach pain (generalised), sore throat, body aches, headache, fatigue. Slightly breathless.

No cough, no fever, no loss of taste or smell

Diagnose me please.

You've got a virus. Nobody can tell anything more than that online.

Felt the exact same last week was floored and had to nap a lot. Much better tonight so hopefully even better tomorrow. I'm going for a covid test as part of a pre op but I don't think it's covid related. Just a rubbish bug.

You can't ask random people online to diagnose you and expect their answers to have any legitimate meaning OP. Nobody knows the cause.

If you meaningfully suspect you have covid then seek out a test or call the nhs hotline and ask if your symptoms require one.
