Cheese advice please

I have just bought this and have not tried it before, not wanting to be disappointed so has anyone tried it please? I like blue brie, cambazola and Costello blue but not Stilton, so from looking online appears to be a creamy blue so I probably would, just wondered if it’s good.

Cheese advice please

Iirc I think it is similar to cambazola maybe a little bluer . With regards to you not liking stilton have you tried a cheese monger/ deli and sampled stiltons ? You can get some creamier ones iyswim. Or maybe try Shropshire blue if you haven't already .it can be a little sharp but is lovely.

@Kriskristoffifee
Thank you 🙂
I do use Stilton in cooking I just find it too strong as a cheese even with grapes/celery - I was going to buy a minis selection as well but I saw a Shropshire blue included and didn’t think I’d like it but I will try it now as it’s never too late to discover new cheeses 🐁

I haven't tried that exact one but my favourite cheese in the whole world is currently the Bleu D'affinois from Waitrose. It is (quite a lot) creamier and milder than Stilton, maybe more of a brie like texture, but not too mild.
