Can anyone recommend a food grater/ shredder

I’m looking for a good shredder - manual is fine - which will grate carrots in long, thick strands rather than flakey shreds. And do slicing too. There are so many on the market - can anyone recommend one I can buy on eBay or amazon?

I would like to find one too. Wasted time buying and returning a very expensive add on grater to my Kitchen aid, which was the biggest pile of shite ever. Carrot became stuck, jammed the grater and smashed the attachment. And it was a bastard to clean.

They are rather elusive aren’t they.
