Cyberpunk??

Hi all, I have bought Cyberpunk on Xbox one for DS for Christmas but I hear there are currently lots of glitches so people are now returning for refunds.

Now I'm not sure whether to hold onto it so I can give him on Christmas Day or return it. Such a shame as DS has been so excited about this coming out but I don't want it to be frustrating!

Anyone in the know about gaming and can advise?

It's buggy as hell - especially on xbox one. They plan to patch it in coming months so if he's really looking forward to it might be worth keeping - but being on the xbox one it will still be behind compared to the pc and next gen console versions.

The game has been a major let down for loads of people but lots are still enjoying it and it will improve in time

They claim the patches will be available Jan/Feb, if that helps you decide.

Personally I’d return it and give him an Xbox voucher for £50 instead. The reviews are pretty shit for console players (PS have said they’d refund) but then at least if he wants it he can buy straight away and download or wait for a bit. Or buy something else.

I’m waiting for myself. I’m so disappointed.

Thanks all - that's useful to know. I've actually just phoned and told him I have it for him and did he want this version or an updated one when (hopefully) the bugs are fixed....

He's just desperate to have it for Christmas so I guess we'll just have to see how glitchy he finds it and hope the patches come along soon!
