So it's getting to that time "new year new me" though this year I'm dead serious as when we went to butlin's in September I only just got the rides because my belly was too big!!

Anyway, I've got 7 months until we go back, I'm going to join slimming world in January and I'm going to join the gym. I'm wondering would it be weird for me to pay for the gym now ready for January? Also can anyone recommend any good plus size gym tops/trainers?

I lived by this principle: every Tuesday - a new me. But it's hard to go in for sports at home, I have no motivation. All fitness experts recommend the so-called cardiovascular equipment as the optimal home weight loss device. The principle of their work is based on the training of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems of a person. These exercise machines burn excess fat and increase the body's endurance. And most importantly, modern cardiovascular equipment is quite compact and easy to use - ideal for home, independent workouts. Although it is recommended to start them only after consulting a specialist.
