Tell me about your productive day

Hello! I've had so much turmoil this year and am finally learning to be happy by myself. Today I have:

Fitted a new multiple socket in the space of an old single, useless one

Removed dog hair from my living room carpet with a rubber broom - looks 200x better!

Cleared out multiple drawers of rubbish and organised them according to contents.

Next weekend, I plan to paint my bathroom and move a much needed larger chest of drawers from my spare room to my bedroom after dismantling the old one and getting it picked up by my local Community Furniture organisation.

Would anyone else like to share their (small, domestic) accomplishments? I feel very proud of myself.

Dressed toddlers and gave them healthy eggs for breakfast
Did a bit of jumping around with them in the morning and then tidied up
Had a discussion with some strangers on WhatsApp in a group about a topic important to me
Went to the park with kids abs fed pigeons
Had a meal deal for lunch
Fed kids
Organized freezer
Played with them a bit more
Spoke to my brother on the other side of the planet and my mum
Then fed them left overs from yesterday
Then put them to bed
Then made pudding
Mumsnet
Then in bed now.

It’s a pretty chilled out day with no real target other than getting through

Doesn’t feel productive but “eventful”.
If I get through a day without doing something I regret then that’s a good day for me!

@Temporary1234 Sometimes 'getting though' is the most productive thing. I'm not going into things here but if anyone want to search my post history they can see what's happened this year. I am so happy I'm finally comfortable with myself and don't feel the need for others validation of my actions. This is productive to me ❤

Wrote all the Christmas cards
Got the decorations out of loft and put them up
Cooked tea ( ok heated it up thank you m and s )
Painted nails red and did a top coat

That’s enough for one day

Picked up son from GF, took son to work (and collected him later - his bike is getting repaired), got Tesco delivery, did a couple loads laundry, walked dogs, cooked dinner. Read a bit of the newspaper. About average Sunday.
