HRT patch

Is it ok that I changed my patch a day early by accident? I thought yesterday was Sunday but it wasn’t 🤷🏼‍♀️
Usually change on Sundays and Thursdays

Head all over the place at the moment as have been at parents house looking after them and organising mum’s move to a care home and supporting dad at home. All very sad and upsett8bg 😢

Sounds like a tough time for you OP

Don’t worry about the patch. I’ve often had to replace them early (usually when the old one fell off!) and it hasn’t done me any harm yet.
