When I was visiting a relative I came across a patient called Vanilla Ice Now I'm presuming he named himself in tribute, and it wasn't just a very unlikely coincidence, but it was his legal name...

They're common first and surnames though. I guess there's bound to be thousands of them around.

I came across a Mr Doubtfire who works at my bank.
I actually had to ask him if it was his real name. I thought he was taking the piss.
