Christmas gifts for nursery staff

This is DD's first year in nursery so not sure what the norm is for this.

She has a keyworker but it seems there are a rotation of 5/6 staff who look after her regularly. All of them are wonderful and look after DD so well, so it doesn't feel right to get something just for her keyworker.

I've bought a little burts bees lip balm and hand cream set for each of them (and one for the cook too). I was thinking I could give the key worker a bottle of wine too and then just a box of chocolates as a thank you to the wider nursery.

Does that sound fair?

That sounds lovely OP, very thoughtful of you, especially including the cook who is often forgotten, wonderful :)
