Hi, has anyone tried getting in touch with Boots recently? I made an online order and the link for tracking it in the email they sent wasn't working. I waited a reasonable amount of time then logged into my account online and it said "collected" on 4 December - I haven't received my order. I have continually tried since then to phone them on various phone numbers, and just getting a message saying something like, sorry something went wrong please try again later. I filled in a form on their website which said they will respond in 5 days, got no response. Tried the customer service email address and still no response. I have been trying the phone lines for days and cannot even get in a queue.
Has anyone tried a line that is works or have any advice? I'm not on any social media so can't try there.
