He's about 1cm long and wriggling away. Thought it was a bit of fluff at first. So glad I didn't just pick him up. Feel absolutely grossed out. Help, please.

Can you not just wash it down the drain?

GoneScone · 12/12/2020 11:12

Looks like a millipede- totally harmless so don't worry. Just catch it in a glass and release to the wilderness (or your garden Grin)

Santaisironingwrappingpaper · 12/12/2020 11:12

Worm?

Ihatesandwiches · 12/12/2020 11:12

Oh, he's been squished and flushed but I'd like to know if I'm going to come across more of them!

Did it have legs?

Ihatesandwiches · 12/12/2020 11:15

No legs. Looked smooth.

Pygmy python?

Prokupatuscrakedatus · 12/12/2020 11:51

Why killing it instead of taking it outside?

Santaisironingwrappingpaper · 12/12/2020 11:53

Monty?

JaneJeffer · 12/12/2020 11:54

I read the thread title as "Why is AnyFucker in my shower* 😂😂

JustLikeStitch · 12/12/2020 12:48

A baby snake hatched in a mass nest the sewer pipes that’s wriggled it’s way up your drain. You’ve killed him now so his siblings and parents are on their way for revenge. Best sleep with one eye open lest you wake up in the belly of a monstrous sewer python.

JustLikeStitch · 12/12/2020 12:49

*in the sewer pipes

Clearly in my attempt to be funny I lost the ability to remember grammar Grin

Weirdfan · 12/12/2020 12:51

Was still funny Just don't worry Grin

BashfulClam · 12/12/2020 14:31

Worst nightmare as I’m phobic about worms etc. I would have run screaming like a loon shaking and asking DH to put it outside. He gets me to put the spiders out.

Squidwitch · 12/12/2020 14:49

So you call it 'he' not it, then kill 'him' for no reason on earth?

Ihatesandwiches · 12/12/2020 20:58

Lol @JustLikeStitch that was my thought. DP has legged it back to his house (both single parents so have our own bubble) for a shower. Normally he enjoys the fluffy towels, posh shower products and better water pressure but he took one look and headed home! I may have to sacrifice DD in the morning...

Baby slug - we have been getting them in our shower - I think there is a gap in the grout and they are breeding in the wall Envy
