Yes we’ve been in tier 3 for ages. Our nearest town had some of the highest figures, although they’ve gone down, and our rural area had low figures.

I honestly wouldn't wish my brother on anyone. Its an ongoing nightmare. Massive issues. I wanted to start a thread on it but the detail is so outing, as he's an everyday arsehole but in a unique way .. anyway back to times, no-one got my earlier end of term one.
