Do Amazon gifts show the date of purchase?

Hi, as title says - does anyone know whether the purchase date is shown to the recipient when you send them a gift from Amazon?

I know it's not been long but desperate bump.

I don't think so. You don't get an invoice inside the package if it's something that's come directly from Amazon.

No it doesn’t, I received a few recently and this is what the gift note looks like, just make sure you select that it is a gift

I meant a gift ordered by me on Amazon but sent directly from Amazon to the other person. It's a birthday present I should have sorted out already but forgot about until right now.

I thought there might be some kind of invoice inside the package showing date of purchase. I know making it a gift order hides the price but was unsure if date of purchase was shown. Thank you.
