Formula after brexit

I've not gone through all the chat so sorry if I'm echoing another thread.
I have a small baby and a toddler so I've not paid much attention to the news because I'm run ragged with two demanding kids. I heard that formula might be hard to get after brexit, do you think that's true? Also I noticed the price already went up by £2 a box, do you recon there will be another price hike?
Thanks so much.

It looks like it will be subject to a tariff of 6% and there may be supply issues as it tends to be imported from the EU

Well, if it is harder to get and a tariff on it, then yes, it probably will go up again. And yes, it is likely to be harder to find - I doubt we will run out, but I would imagine supermarkets will put limits on how many you can buy at once.

If the toddler is son follow on milk, I'd suggest switching him to cows (or alternative) if you haven't already.

It looks like we are going for non deal so the vast majority of food stuff will be going up in price and there maybe difficulties in getting many products.
