Which is the least offensive lynx spray?

Adolescent son has asked for a lynx spray from Xmas. (He’s easily pleased )

Which one will I least object to pervading my entire home of a morning?

DH uses Africa but only the actual antiperspirant one (white bottle), not the body sprays. I don't think it's as strong a smell thankfully and I've sometimes stolen it myself in the summer as I think it works better than so many of the women's antiperspirants.

DH picked up some Lynx Africa at an airport or similar a few years back. It was like a time capsule of my first teen relationship.

DSS wears the one that comes in the white canister and that’s pretty non-offensive when used sparingly.

i (female) like the pride one. Used to be limited edition but now all year round.

DS (14) uses Ice Chill at the moment, the shower gel, roll on and body spray.
While he and his bedroom still smell of the typical teenage boy 'explosion in the lynx factory' I find it slightly better than Africa.

I only use Lynx to get the forklift truck going

He will go through a stage when he thinks that a hefty spray of Lynx Africa will substitute for a good wash.

The good news is they grow out of it.

DS is 10, he's asked for Lynx shower gel! 😂 I've got Africa!

I can't handle aftershave, perfume and body spray smells. Instant headache. But DH has used Africa forever and it doesn't bother me. He's recently switched to one that is lovely. A dark vanilla and wood one called Gold. Doesn't hurt me at all.

Some 'flavours' have an anti perspirent rather than just the body spray or deodorant. They are pretty effective.

Lynx, the smell of teenage boys. Or all male halls of residence at uni. It took about six months for the smell to go from one of the bedrooms when we moved into our old house.

As regards the actual smells, I think Africa is the only one I'm really familiar with and I actually quite like it.

I think they are all generally fine in moderation.....but of course, that's the problem isn't it?

I’d go for Africa as it’s the original one. I actually like it.

That's a good point. Africa smells lovely on DH but horrible on some others. In fat, it's a different smell on him completely.

Your boy needs to try and see what works for him.
